We measure the space and the existing ducts, check air flows and take photographs. The visit is scheduled within our hours.
Design & proposal
A drawing of the system and a written proposal with equipment and labour, itemised. No commitment.
Installation
Clean work, air-flow testing at the end, and a walk-through of the system before we hand it over.
Service & maintenance
The same team that installed the system comes back for it: technical assistance and periodic preventive maintenance, one-off or on an annual plan. Because what matters is the years that follow.

Sotecniar is a small company from Buraca, Amadora, that has imported and installed ventilation and air-conditioning systems since 1990. The legal name says it all: Sociedade Importadora e Instaladora — we source the equipment and we put it in, from a single wall unit in a flat to the extraction and smoke-control system of a commercial kitchen or car park.
We are a team of fewer than six people. On a job that means the person who measures and quotes is the person who installs — and the person who comes back for maintenance.
